Please Any One Can Help?

am new in this and I need to load the ptch file but i don;t know wher I could find the latest one. I have Humax 5400 and I already loaded the program WDN40 AK but still I couldn't find the patch file to load it.
please I need you help oin this and it doesn't matter to writ in english or arabic. it just that am not that fast to writ in arabic.
