لمن يعانى من مشكلة Junk E-Mail فى الهوت ميل هنا الحل

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
أخواني وأخواتي هذه الأيام انتشرت مشكلة لأصحاب بريد الهوتميل
الا وهي أنه جميع الرسائل تذهب الى الجانك ميل ولا تذهب الى الإنبوكس
طبعا الحل عندي .. الله يسلمكم سوو اللي اقوله وراح تنحل المشكلة ان شاء الله

أول شيء اضغطوا فوق على اليمين على كلمة

Options
بعدين اختاروا من اللستة على اليسار كلمة

Mail
بعدين اضغطوا على

Junk E-Mail Protection
وبعدين اضغطوا على

Junk E-Mail Filter
وبعدين اختاروا أول واحد في الأعلى

Low - obvious junk e-mail is caught
وبعدين اضغطوا على

OK
وسلامتكم وسلامة الحاضرين وما تشوفون شر وكل عام وانتوا بخير
ومبارك عليكم الشهر ومن العايدين ومن الفايزين بعد



وايضا انتشرت مشكلة عدم ظهور الصور في الهوتميل
وهذه هي طريقة إظهار الصور في الهوتميل

طريقة اظهار الصور لمن لا تظهر عندهم الصور في بريد الهوتميل أو يكون مكان الصور مربع صغير باللون الرمادي
في البداية يجب أن تصل الرسائل الى الإنبوكس حتى تظهر الصور لأنها عندما تذهب الى الجنك ميل سوف تختفي الصور اوتوماتيكا

عندما تستقبل رسالة المجموعة البريدية في الجنك ميل ستجد في اعلى الرسالة
زر مكتوب عليه

Not Junk
اضغط عليه وبعد ذلك سوف تأتيك صفحة فيها اختيارين, اضغط على الإختيار الثاني في الأسفل
والذي يقول اختر بأن تصل جميع الرسائل التابعة للمجموعة البريدية التي تنتمي اليها الى الإنبوكس, وبعد ذلك سوف تصلك رسائل المجموعة على الإنبوكس وسوف تظهر الصور

واذا وصلت الرسائل في الإنبوكس واستمرت المشكلة ولم تظهر الصور يجب أن تضغط على الزر في الأعلى على اليمين مكتوب عليه


Options

وبعد ذلك

Mail Display Settings

وبعد ذلك اختر من آخر شيء في الأسفل


Display images automatically
ثم اضغط

OK
وبعد ذلك ستجد أن جميع الصور تظهر لديك



وايضا اذا استمرت المشكلة معك ولم تظهر الصور فهناك حل أخير وهو

عندما تفتح أي رسالة في بريدك طبعا سترى أن الصور جميعها مختفية ومكانها مربعات صغيرة باللون الرمادي , المهم أذهب لأعلى الرسالة وستجد مربعين باللون الأصفـــر مكتوب في داخلهم
الأول مكتوب فيه

show images once
والثاني مكتوب فيه

Always show from this sender
اضغط علي أي واحد منهم وانتظر قليلا وسترى أن جميع الصور ظهرت في الرسالة ... وطبعا صحيح بأن هذه الطريقة مملة وكل مرة يجب أن تفعلها ولكن افضل من أن الصور لا تظهر نهائيا

اخوى نفس الكلام اللى قلتلك هم ارسلو لك
يعنى يقولك بعد الشكر والتحيات انه تدخل على اللنك اللى ارسلوه لك
ولابد انك تعرف جواب للسؤال السرى او التذكيرى اللى كتبته عند تسجيلك للبريد
