please urgent help

Hi how are you? Please friend I need your help I have high-link d-1000 receiver some people call it black box sorry I’m typing in English I’m at work and I do not have Arabic key board please help me last night I was trying to add a channel to my favorite list and by mistake I entered 0000 on the man page and I think I disable the internet connection I can not see the Showtime and art channels any more, the receiver can not see the server when I go to the remote and press on the FN bottom I can not see information dispread I can only see weather the information bottom disable I only have it for 5 days now do you have any idea what I have to do please how I can enable that
