BIG Problem with my vu+ duo

i brought a vu+duo on 21st june 2010 but now iam having problems with it , the unit wont flash image via usb & if i flash image via rs232(lan) it works but when you restart the reciever it just says STARTING all the time and wont boot into the system just hangs on starting all the time i have to turn it on & off at the plug about 4 or 5 times to get it to boot what can you do

اهلا بك اخى العزيز
الموضوع بسيط وعندى الحل لتشغيل جهازك مرة اخرى ان شاء الله تعالى
ولكن احتاج الى التواصل معك عن طريق الماسنجر
لكى اتابع معك خطوات الحل على الطبيعه ولكن لااعرف اذا كان مسموح ذكر الايميل هنا ام لا
وايضا لايوجد طريقه لكى ارسل لك رساله خاصه
