help for echostar D2600IBviacces
Hello
I have echostar 2600 reciever, when i load the new version of the software (V700) the receiver has lost the motorised function. It stopped in the fixed feature and i cannot return it to the motorised function.
I reset to the factory reset and got the motorised funtion but it returned to the fixed function again. In the menu.system settup command the motorised feature has disapeared and there is only the fixed feature and it is not active feature( in the normal case you can change between them). Please i am in desperate need of help in this situation.

لو سمحتم واتسع صدركم...مند فتره حملت السوفت وير الجديد v700 للايكوستار 2600 وتمت العمليه بنجاح وحصلت على المزايا الجديده ...ولكن بعداقل من اسبوع حدث الاتى اصبح الجهاز بوضعية الثابت اى (fixed) ولم يقبل تغيير الخانه الى وضع المتحرك(motorized) وعندها طلب منى ان ارجعه الى قيم المصنع اى reset وقمت بالعمليه اكثر من مره.....ولكنه اشتغل اسبوع بالوضع الممتاز ثم عاد الى اخفاء ميزة المتحرك التى تتيح لك ان تقوم بتحريك الدش الى اليمين والى اليسار يدويا
اجوكم اسا تدى ما الحل.....ارجو كم عدم اهمال رسالتى رجاءا
